You may request closure of your phpclub account at any time by contacting customer support. phpclub may also close or suspend your account at its discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If a dispute cannot be resolved through phpclub's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
